Home Medic Endorsed pros - when above & beyond comes standard

They come from all brokerages and regions, and have different areas of expertise.  What makes a Home Medic real estate agent special? Their commitment to placing their clients first. To protecting your family. To finding the right home for you - not just one you'll buy. To costing themselves money - if that is what it takes - to serve you better. Our agents have additional ethics requirements, specialized knowledge, a commitment to serve, and excellent online reviews.

We are very careful about who gets to carry our flag. It's not easy to become a REALTOR. It's harder to become a Home Medic endorsed REALTOR. We think you'll appreciate the results.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A HOME MEDIC ENDORSED REALTOR

Code of Ethics: All Home Medic endorsed agents must follow the Home Medic Code of Ethics, in addition to the REALTOR code of ethics

Technical Knowledge:  We provide the agentwith loads of content at www.homemedicce.com to get all of the required CE (continuing education). Core, elective, ethics - it's all there. Endorsed agents must complete at least nine of these hours - we need to know that they're up to speed before we let them carry our flag.

Families first: Endorsed agents must place people and families over paycheck. If the home is not right for the client, the agent must be adamant against the sale. The Home Medic agent knows that it's not about getting a single sale done, it's about protecting, serving, and gaining clients for life. Then and only then will those clients refer that realtor to their friends and family, and provide positive online reviews.

Online reviews: Online reviews are extremely important. Thrilled clients leave excellent reviews - and if a REALTOR is focused more on getting an great review than on getting a paycheck, it is evident to everyone. We rely heavily on reviews, and allow only those who do business that way to represent the Home Medic.
